If you have a problem on facebook, it is usually a bit slow when you are waiting for a response as they are a world-wide company! They are extremely busy with sorting everyone's problems out in each Country. I had a problem with someone who I used to be friends with but we had a fall out and she was really annoying me with her bitchy comments she kept on putting on my profile so I reported her to the facebook help delete friend section. I was really surprised when they sorted out the problem within a week for me and they blocked her from getting in to my profile as I didn't know how to do it. I don't know if anyone has had the same problem as me but i am at my wit's end!  I have been looking for days to get a UK Facebook phone number and i just don't seem to be able to get a one.  There are many numbers where you have to pay for calling to get help but i do not want to call those numbers, i do enjoy using the service but they are almost impossible to contact!  I have been told that Facebook are based in the USA but that doesn't help my situation, i need to talk to someone.  I understand there are procedures and also there is a time difference but i have waited for nearly two weeks for feedback as my profile is getting abused from someone who i don't even have as a contact and it really needs to get sorted out but they are not replying to my emails i send them.
