He has extensive experience in operations management, automation, and software integration. Throughout his career, he has helped many organizations achieve the highest levels of supply chain efficiency using proven data analysis methods to create scalable solutions while always emphasizing cost-effectiveness and quality. Some of Phil's recent project successes include operational process re-engineering, software development, automation, and facility design. Phil also s pecializes in warehouse systems configuration and integration.

Before consulting, Phil held senior positions (from director to corporate executive) in various industries, including e-commerce, retail, food and beverage, and healthcare. And he is well-versed in managerial accounting and risk management. As a consultant and executive, Phil has had many successes helping organizations with their strategic planning for growth, both organic and through acquisition. These successes come from attention to detail, including getting to know the organization's culture and becoming part of the team.
